5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final design and content. We retain rights to pre‑existing tools and frameworks.

6. Warranties & Liability

We provide work in a professional manner but do not guarantee specific rankings or results. Liability is limited to fees paid.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for breach or for convenience as provided in the proposal.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
